**You can get a full refund of a Personal or State license if you ask within 14 days of the purchase. The same applies to a yearly renewal if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge. Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, and the refunded key is deactivated.**

## 14-day money-back period

- Ask within **14 days** of the purchase and you get a full refund, for any reason.
- A yearly renewal charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of the renewal.
- After 14 days a license is not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it.

## How to request a refund

1. Reply to the receipt email you received from Lemon Squeezy, or contact us through the feedback button on the [planner](https://wosformations.com/), with your order number and the email used at checkout.
2. We confirm the request and Lemon Squeezy pays the refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
3. The refunded license key is deactivated and the licensed features lock again.

## Cancelling a subscription

If your license is a yearly subscription, you can cancel it at any time from the link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; your license stays active until the end of the paid year.

## Problems with the service

If the licensed features do not work for you, contact us first: most activation problems are fixed within a day. If we cannot fix the problem, we refund the license even after the 14-day period.

## Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Refund requests sent to us are answered quickly; a chargeback can take weeks and may lead to the key being deactivated during the dispute.
